Ryan Martin, Welcome to the Crucial BMX Race Team!
We have been watching Ryan's incredible riding for a number of years and we are stoked to announce he is riding Junior Elite in the UK for Crucial BMX in conjunction with Speedco BMX.
We look forward to having him as part of our amazing team.
We are proud to announce that the Crucial National Race Team reached 2nd place in the British Cycling Elite BMX group for the 2018 season!
This was due to the dedication, commitment and amazing accomplishments of all our riders. We are very proud of each individual and want to congratulate them on their personal achievements.
We are very lucky to have such a great bunch of people and their supporters as great ambassadors for Crucial BMX. A big shout out to our injured riders who still supported their companions. We want to thank the parents and team for their amazing gift of a signed Crucial Jersey, this will have pride of place in the Crucial store.
We would like to thank our main sponsor Faith Racewear for their support this season and our brands, Speedco, YESS, Tangent, Pride and Vee Tires.
The British Championships 2018 or 'The Brits' in Blackpool gave us it all; rain, sun and some amazing bar to bar racing!
Our team riders did us proud again this year and we received some great results; Taylor Hunt regained his No. 1 GB title after a flawless weekend of racing. Emie Seward crushed her opponents and also brought home a GB No. 1 title. Mick Gough was in a tough A final against ‘Hercules’, he gave it his all and gained an excellent GB 2nd. Alex Talbot had a tough final and was in 2nd place, he made an awesome move in the final corner but was unlucky that it didn’t pay out this time but still came home with a fabulous GB 3rd. Little Elisha Jamiera battled hard in the final and brought home a quality GB 3rd. The Knights, both Callum and Brett were superb. Callum has had an unbelievable season this year and the Brits were no exception, against very fast and ferocious competition in the final he brought home a GB 3rd! His dad Brett also had a fantastic weekend achieving his goal for many years in making it to his first 'A' final at 'The Brits'. Brett is an awesome rider, a team motivator, an essential part of #CrucialGang. We are really happy for him and hope that he continues reaching his goals in the 2019 season.
Well done to all our team riders! We have a fantastic team who always give a 100 percent and we are proud that you ride for Crucial BMX.
We're looking forward to going to the official opening of the Wotton-under-Edge BMX track on August 18th between 11:30 & 15:30.
Check out the flyer for more details and hopefully we'll see you there!
The guys over at Box have updated their warranty policy and it's now better than ever!
We'll let the guys at Box explain how it's going to work: "In an effort to improve brand value and customer relationships, we have fully revised our warranty policies. We believe a happy customer is a repeat customer, and that no amount of spending in marketing is worth as much as customer that uses their own positive experience to influence others. By offering to replace defective or broken products, for life, we create a competitive advantage over other brands' products."
In the new warranties policy Box have;
- Removed all time constrains for filing claims
- Removed requirement to provide proof of purchase
- Simplified the claim process
- Expanded the definition of broken products
- Limited product return requirements
- Created a portal at Box Components for consumers to fill out claims
When claims are submitted, Box warranty staff will evaluate and respond to each inquiry directly. If you have specific requirements for providing warranty service we will direct the consumer to you after we have evaluated and validated the claim.
In addition, the warranty claim process for resellers has been simplified. We believe by allowing consumers to interact with Box directly there is less burden placed on the reseller and consumers can be serviced faster.
If you have any questions regarding Box's warranty policy either call us (0117 307 9096) or if you'd like to file a warranty claim please contact Box directly here.
Michael Suttle, where do we start? He changed location to Bristol at the end of last year to get involved with a fresh scene and has been making moves since! He’s an absolute wizard at going backwards and has brought a fresh set of eyes to our local spots, tearing them up with his own unique style.
We are happy announce that 8 months after the move he’s getting some recognition; Stranger Bike Co are sponsoring Michael through Seventies Distribution and Crucial BMX.
