All in stock items purchased via mail order before 2pm are generally dispatched that day. Smaller items are sent via First Class Recorded Post and large or high value items are dispatched via DPD Courier Overnight delivery service. Both services require a signature upon receipt. Items are delivered on the next working day (Mon-Fri). For items sent DPD Courier you will receive an email on the morning of your delivery to let you know a one-hour time slot when your order will be delivered. You cannot change the time but there will be an option to change the day of delivery if nobody will be in to sign for the parcel. Alternatively they will sometimes try to leave it with a neighbour as long as it can be signed for. We pay a premium for this service so that you are told a time when it will arrive and don't have to stay in waiting all day. We know how frustrating it is waiting indoors all day for a delivery when you could be out riding your bike. Saturday deliveries are available at an additional cost. Please call for a quote.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to the overall price of the order. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Boxes are amply sized and your items will be well protected against damage in transit.
If you are unhappy with your products in any way and wish to obtain a refund you must return them within 7 days of receipt at the cost to the customer. The returned products must be unused and with all original packaging.
If you wish to exchange your items you may do so within 14 days of receipt. The customer must pay the postage costs to return the item and we will reciprocate by sending the exchanged item to you free of charge on receipt of the goods. The returned products must be unused and with all original packaging.
All returned items must be in a new and unused condition, with all tags and packaging included. All returns are checked by Crucial BMX before a refund is issued. We will not accept returned goods that are not in a saleable condition and will return them at cost to the buyer. To enable us to process your return efficiently please enclose a note with your returned items detailing your name, address and order number and telling us what you would like us to do either exchange, credit note or refund.
If the reason for the return is because of an error on our part or the product is faulty we will also refund the cost of the return postage but customers must contact us via telephone with details within 5 days of receipt of items. We will process your return as soon as possible – normally within 2-3 working days. Refunds are made to your credit card or paypal account the same day but can take up to three days to reach your account.
We would advise you to at least obtain a proof of posting when returning goods, as loss or damage during return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Any Goods returned which do not comply with the return of goods policy will be returned to the customer and will not be accepted for refund until such time that the above conditions are met. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Credit and debit cards are refunded electronically to your Credit/Debit card account. Paypal is refunded to you Paypal account.

If you prefer to order over the phone give us a call on 0117 3079096.We will be happy to take your order, describe any goods (sizing, colours etc) and try to help you get the right item first time.
The utmost care and consideration is taken to ensure that your card details are always secure. This is achieved by encrypting your card number at the time when you place your order using the best SSL encryption. It is imperative that you type in the cardholders name as it is shown on the card, and address exactly as it appears on the statement.
You can pay by:

Please allow a maximum of 7 working days for custom wheelbuilds, although normally it is a lot less (2-3 days). The timescale depends upon the amount of work our wheel-builder has. We will contact you accordingly about custom wheel-builds.
