Returns Policy

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

Returns & Refunds Goods - especially clothes must be returned to us in as new condition in the original packaging - and must be returned to us within 7 days of receipt. To enable us to process your return efficiently please contact us. Please write a note telling us what you would like us to do (exchange/credit note/refund). While we ask you to cover the postage of the item back to us we shall reciprocate by sending your replacement/s back post free. Any Goods returned which do not comply with the return of goods policy will be returned to the customer and will not be accepted for refund until such time that the above conditions are met. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Credit and debit cards are refunded electronically to your Credit/Debit card account. Paypal is refunded to you Paypal account. All other refunds are made by cheque.

The utmost care and consideration is taken to ensure that your card details are secure. This is achieved by encrypting your card number at the time when you place your order. It is imperative that you type in the cardholders name as it is shown on the card, and address exactly as it appears on the statement.

Method of Payment

You can pay by:

Cheque.
Personal cheques take a minimum of 10 days to clear.
Your credit card statement will show your transaction as CRUCIAL.

If the item you have chosen is unavailable you shall be contacted via your e-mail address. Please always enter a daytime contact number or mobile so we can call you if we need to.

Pricing Policy

All products on CrucialBmxShop.com are priced in GB Pounds sterling and include UK VAT at the prevailing rate.

Delivery Address

Delivery address must be the same as on the card statement.

Customers will be notified by e-mail if it is anticipated that delivery will take longer than the stated time. If goods are not available for immediate despatch you will be asked via email if you wish to proceed.
